Lead Operator - Agricultural / Farming
Up to GBP33,000 plus benefits

We are currently seeking to recruit a Lead Plant Operator / Site Operative / Operations Technician, to carry out operational activities on a 24/7 Process Plant. Our client is an expanding business within the industry leading organisation within the Renewable Energy sector, with the opportunity for an Operator to join their team based in the Surrey area.
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for:
* Monitoring the Plant and overseeing a team of 2 operators
* Manual operations
* Working on a mon-fri shift basis (7-7 alternating days / nights per week)
* Feeding fuel (renewable)
* Forklift truck / Telehandler (training can be provided)
* Conducting routine maintenance tasks as instructed
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in working as a Plant Operator of large/heavy plant and ideally within a heavy process environment. Those with operations experience (SCADA, DCS, valve controls) are desirable.
The package on offer includes a starting salary up to GBP33,000 (depending on experience) plus company benefits. During the harvest season, you will be required to on a 1 in 4 weekend rota.
