My client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established company who will continue to progress and move forward.

The position is a part time role, 16 hours per week, which can be worked either as 2, 8 hour days a week or 4, 4 hour days to suit the successful candidates requirements.

The Role;

General administrative support and assistant functions to HR Team
Prepare and draft correspondence, schedules meetings, phone conferences.
Administer site / company induction and manage new starter paperwork
Assist in completing training files for all staff and ensure these comply with UK employment legislation
Conduct file audits and continuously ensure all personnel files are maintained and up to date.
Complete daily absence compliance, ensuring all return to work forms are completed and updated on the system.
Maintain performance compliance, ensuring that all performance related issues are updated on the KPI log.
Assist in organising all employee events and functions.
Book travel and accommodation for colleagues.

Key Skills;

2 years recent experience within the HR Assistant/Admin role
Previous experience of employee benefits, preparing contractual documents and training administration is preferred.
Advanced office administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal team skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent follow-up and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of payroll, time management
