A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join my clients' Lettings Agency in Middlesbrough.
My client is seeking a Sales Negotiator looking to continue a long-term career within the industry.
Key duties will include:
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Booking valuations for the Lister
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Assist with Sales Administration if necessary
- Negotiate on Sales
- Source for new opportunities
- Source for new properties
- Generate business
My client is seeking a confident and strong Negotiator who has a proven track record within the industry and is looking to develop their skillset.
