Job Description LOCATION: Mansfield (8 other homes based around Nottingham, Derby and Newark)
JOB TITLE: Care Support Workers - With a difference
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP7.83 to GBP8.25 (dependant on qualifications and experience)
WORKING HOURS: Full time with a range of hours available - Days, Night and Bank positions
THE COMPANY: Creative Care provides high quality residential care and support for people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and additional severe and complex needs in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. They offer more than a high-quality environment in which their service users can maximise their individual potential - They provide a home, with a family of expert staff to support them every day.
THE ROLE: This is a Care Support Worker role with a difference, this is a role that encourages you to bring your personality into the role. A Care Support Worker will ensure Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives by helping them to reach and achieve their ambitions. The role may include assisting individuals with personal and household tasks, hobbies and activities. In this varied role, no two days are the same.

Full training is provided and no experience is required for this role, it is very much about the right individual and attitude to care. You will need to be flexible and understand that the needs of the residents are not just 9 - 5.
Those with experience and can demonstrate training and experience you will find this reflective in your pay rate.
