ACCOUNTANT - ELLESMERE - £25,000 - £28,000

Fantastic opportunity to join this successful business as their Accountant based in Ellesmere.

We are looking for someone AAT qualified or evidence of time served role as an Accountant. Experience of SAGE is essential as would be someone with extensive experience with P&L Reconciliation.

Your job will entail overseeing the P/L and S/L.
Reconciliation procedures and Processes.
Overseeing all Ledgers
Experience of Accounting fundamentals and journals.
P&L up to trial balance.
VAT for 2 companies
Intrastat
Payroll knowledge - ability and diligence to sing off weekly and monthly payroll and associated postings and journals.
Ensuring accurate and time efficient processes of Pension, PAYE and Union contributions.
Budgets, accruals and pre-payments
Excellent understanding of stock reconciliations.
EXCEL.
Cash books and cost of Sales.
Excellent IT skills - Excellent knowledge of Sage and MSoffice.
