Are you an enthusiastic, organised and versatile person with excellent communication and administrative skills?

As School Operations Officer, you will provide professional support to the School Manager, Head of School and key senior role holders, operationally managing the School’s administrative office taking day to day responsibility for the smooth running of administrative and operational matters. You will be part of the School administrative office team delivering excellent administrative support and seeking to continually improve to ensure the service provision and processes are fit for purpose, and work efficiently and effectively to deliver an outstanding service experience to the stakeholder.

You will act as a key contact for the School, regularly liaising with Faculty and University service colleagues, and will work closely with the School Manager to ensure that the School office processes, service and support are effective, efficient and stakeholder driven.

You will have a customer-centric mindset and approach, a strong ability to work in a busy office supporting the administration activities, and possessing a can-do attitude, resilience and comfortable working with change. You will have the ability to challenge accepted norms and an unerring commitment to continuous improvement. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
