Salary c £20,000 pro rata dependent on experience
Part Time – Monday to Friday 5 hours per day + holiday cover
Leeds 8 – on site parking – must live within 30 minutes travel time
Our client is an independent firm of General Practice chartered surveyors.The Practice based in North Leeds undertakes a variety of surveying disciplines both on a local and national basis.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior secretary to join the existing team.The ideal candidate should be well organised, have strong communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone and be able to cope within a fast paced and often stressful environment.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
·Travel and accommodation
·General secretarial duties
·Some aspects of personal arrangements
- Organising, co-ordinating and maintaining diaries
- Making and arranging appointments
- Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests and dealing with them as appropriate
- Audio typing
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post and often corresponding as appropriate
- Co-ordinating meetings
- dealing directly with clients
·Previous experience of working within a similar position and use of property computer software would be advantageous
·Strong IT, typing and audio skills
·Minimum 2 years experience
·Must live within 30 minutes of the office

·Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills

·Methodical and able to prioritise own workload
·Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
