This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who possess a strong background in estate agency and are looking to work a more Monday to Friday role, our role of property account manager for our client could be for you! In your role as property account manager, you will be dealing with a portfolio of properties on behalf of your client ensuring they are being marketing and presented in the highest way and if not dealing with this appropriately. Working within a great team environment with plenty of support this is a fantastic opportunity for someone from the property industry seeking to utilise these skills within a new direction in this role of property account manager.
The role
- Ensure a swift turn around (in accordance with agreed timescales) of application in regards to valuations being booked in.
- Complete valuation reports, ensuring returned within agreed timescales.
- Quality control marketing / Sales progression reports.
- Get feedback/updates from housebuilders in regards to completed appraisals.
- Ensure that PX / Assisted move process is followed communicating with both team members and customers/housebuilder.
- Liaise with Marketing team for feedback on interest and activity reporting separately any findings to the housebuilder which may assist in the sale of a property.
- Liaise with Sales progression team to obtain updates on sales. Reporting immediately any concerns to the housebuilder.
- Maintain an appropriate level of site visits ensuring work will be covered in your absence.
- Be available at weekends on the phone for customers/housebuilders.
- When necessary attend developer's events including weekends.
- Aware of Housebuilder time scales and ensure these are met.
- Manage workloads of the team
- Carry out yearly reviews with team members & administer teams return to work forms following sickness
The Person
- Must have experience within estate agency at a senior level
- Strong understanding & experience of dealing with property sales
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & in writing
- Ability to negotiate and to ensure people are working to deadlines and targets
- Understanding of the property market
- Ability to ensure all information is recorded accurately onto the system
- Motivated and driven
- Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle
