Export Manager

My client is looking for a candidate who can cover maternity leave within the export department. This role will be for 9 months to a year.

The role is to manage the Export Department and ensure the smooth running of the ordering and delivery function for all exported products.

Main duties of the role include:

* Monitoring and reacting to export customer orders.
* Processing orders, payments and credit notes.
* Raising invoices for all orders.
* Liaising with the factory about the processing of orders.
* Monitoring collections
* Dealing with collection queries and claims as appropriate
* Producing production of reports
* Addition of new products to order processing system
* Addition and updating of price lists to order processing
* Ensuring that all date is kept up to date
* Provide marketing assistance to distributors and ensure tailored to the countries market.
* Produce the forecast report for the following years estimated distributor turnover.

The person appointed will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active and organised, with strong customer focus. This is a key role within a busy organisation, and it demands flexibility and the ability to work independently, as well as requiring the ability to make decisions and take responsibility. You will need strong communication skills both verbally and over email.

Due to location of the client, you need to be able to drive.
