Head of Maintenance Operations (mf)

The firm is a leading property services with a Birmingham HQ and further sites across the UK.

The Head of Maintenance Operations will be responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance and help-desk staff and ensuring that both a high quality and safe service is delivered to clients. The nature of the work will be both reactive and planned multi-disciplinary maintenance and it is envisioned that the incoming Head of Maintenance Operations will be involved in developing this aspect of business. This will involve getting involved in providing quotes and pitching for tenders and identifying opportunities to do this. Our client would ideally like to receive applications from individuals who have a 2:1 degree in a building, mechanical, electrical or surveying based degree and also have full chartered membership of either CIOB, RICS, CIBSE, BIFM or IET. Our client is also willing to consider applications from individuals from a trades background who have supervisory and management experience. The role is Birmingham based with national travel so ideally you will live in or around the Birmingham region.
