Community Associate Administrator
Do you have a administration background with good customer service skills? Are you looking for a new challenge which requires lone working and a proactive nature?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company's multi purpose site in the Broughton area, you will be working 40 hours a week with 08:30-17:30 shift patterns Monday to Friday with an hours lunch per day.
Day to day duties include:
In charge of the day to day running of the company's busy centre.
Dealing first hand with all meeting space bookings.
Dealing with office clients and virtual office clients on a day to day basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skill sets:
IT literature and experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Sales experience would be preferred but isn't an essential part of the role.
Hold a full driving license.
