PVC-u Windows & Doors Surveyor / Site Supervisor
Up to £30,053 per annum*
Permanent, 40 hours per week

Our client has been providing high quality, professional, property maintenance and construction services since 2000.
They are currently looking for a Surveyor/Site Supervisor to join the team to support the Mobile Fittings Teams through the provision of onsite surveys and supervision, management of Operatives in respect of the installation of PVC-u windows and doors.
As Surveyor/Site Supervisor, you will supervise the fitting of windows and doors, inspect the work of subcontractors and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the objectives of the organisation and individual project plans. You will carry out site surveys to properties, resolve any access issues and issues relating to the installation works. On occasion, you will deputise for the Assistant Production Manager/Surveyor to meet the needs of the service.
Our client is looking for someone who has experience of surveying and working in the PVC-u doors and windows industry together with experience of working on sites on a mix of commercial and residential properties. You will have an understanding of joinery operations, including the measuring of timber products prior to manufacturing.
Ideally you will hold an NVQ or similar management qualification, with relevant experience, along with a CSCS card, although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, you are required to hold a UK Driving Licence and have use of a suitable vehicle for work use.
*Appointment rate will be dependant on experience and qualification and subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £32,858 per annum.
