Our Client is a Dynamic footwear retailer and has an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join their team. As the Assistant Manager you will be passionate about our clients products and creating a sense of fun to inspire and motivate the team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales in an atmosphere that creates a buzz on the shop floor for both your customers and staff.

Core responsibilities:

• Sell our clients products and achieve high standards of customer service.
• Motivate the team in achieving sales targets

• Manage Staff Performance and Staff Motivation.
• Manage Staff Performance and Staff Motivation.

• Plan and organise the day to day running of the shop.
• Inspire the team to provide world class customer service
• Train and Develop the team
• Manage the team and the stock
• Merchandise the shop floor and window

General Background, Experience required:

• Minimum of one year retail management experience at Assistant or Concession Manager level
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Confident, committed and target driven
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Sales and target driven
• Inspire your team
