Customer Services Administrator

As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

Customer Services Administrator Key Responsibilities:-

  • Dealings with customer enquiries via email & telephone
  • Data Entry
  • General office duties as required

Customer Services Administrator Key Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft – primarily Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to use Photoshop would be an advantage but this is not essential
