An opportunity for a Japanse speaker to join our client, an onlie retail company. It is essential that you are can converse and write in Japanse as you will be liasing with customers from Japan.

You will also be required to input details in their database.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information
• Calculate costs of goods or services
• Calculate financial data
• Collect deposits, payments or fees
• Enter information into databases or software programs in Japanese
• Maintain financial or account records
• Maintain operational records
• Prepare business correspondence
