XTX is a leading quantitative-driven electronic market-maker partnering with counterparties, exchanges and e-trading venues globally to provide liquidity in the Equity, FX, Fixed Income and Commodity markets.
XTX is seeking an experienced individual in Distribution and Business Development to undertake the following roles:
- Sourcing, conducting preliminary due diligence and driving strategic investments for the firm
- Distribution for existing and new businesses in Emerging Markets, including CEE
- Research new asset classes, such as cryptocurrency and alternative data sets to develop a business strategy
- Managing business planning and optimisation with senior leadership within the firm

Experience required
- At least 3 years’ experience within a top tier investment bank
- Experience in project management of strategic initiatives
- Experience in preparing Exco materials, companywide communications and delivering strategic business presentations to senior managers and external clients.
- Strong understanding of the financial market
- Previous experience in European distribution to institutional clients
Education required
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, or a related field from a top tier University
- A levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics
