Their requirement is a HR Advisor, whose main objective is to participate in the delivery of an ever-changing and customer focussed operational Human Resources function.
You will join an established and pro-active team who are committed to the achievement of business objectives and to drive the performance of the organisation. You must be a strong relationship builder, being able to provide business specific advice on employment matters which include policy and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, best practice and employment law, whilst also identifying opportunity and risk, to ensure managers are fully and appropriately advised on the HR implications of any given situation.
You must have strong employee relations experience within disciplinaries, grievances, capabilities and sickness absence hearings, and ensure casework is progressed in an efficient and timely manner.
