Property Services require an enthusiastic Mechanical Services Technician to join its small but very busy team.
Reporting directly to the Mechanical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of designated mechanical service installations and plant on sites or buildings, owned, leased or controlled by the University. The post requires participation in an out of hours on-call rota.
You will hold a minimum of a HNC Building Services or Equivalent and be mindful of user safety, building appearance, value for money and best practice.
The successful candidate must hold a current driving licence.
If you are currently registered as a full-time student at the University please note that you may only apply for part-time jobs of 15 hours or less per week.
