The Role
This job would suit an individual who has prior experience in the Financial Services industry and who enjoys a varied fast paced role.

The Challenge:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting in preparation of client documents, scanning, photocopying, filing and binding of documents
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors, IFAs and wider administrative team as required.
- Create, progress and update client records and databases
- Support the Finance Team when needed including scanning and filing of invoices & remittance advice
- Navigate information-based systems, ensuring accurate details are entered into various back-office systems.
- Coordinate all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to all company policies & procedures

BUSINESS SUPPORT
- Assist with developing systems & procedures to improve efficiency within the firm
- Support with implementing quality assurance and company policies

FRONT DESK SUPPORT
- First point of contact on the telephone
- Respond professional to telephone calls, taking responsibility for any actions to resolve queries
- Complete related duties such as email & customer enquiries management in accordance with the firm's policies & procedures
- Keeping all meeting rooms, kitchen and reception area tidy

The Business Support Office Administrator (You)
Success will stem from your excellent ability to provide consistent quality delivery, high attention to detail and thirst to learn and develop, not only within the Business Support Team but within the business as a whole. Being a team player is also key to this role.

Have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Are comfortable working in a busy office, being part of a small but greatly valued team.

Highly confident and professional when speaking with key contacts over the telephone

You possess a positive attitude and are willing and able to take ownership of your own work.

Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly. You possess plenty of initiative and drive to successfully contribute to the day to day running of the office, as well as ensure its continued success and profitability.

You are highly organised, with good attention to detail to record and follow-up on activities

Display excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), time management and interpersonal skills.

Have the ability to follow all protocols and behaviour guidelines.

Ensure compliance and FCA regulatory and legal frameworks, including data protection and client authentication guidelines are adhered to at all times.

Highly proficient on using the internet and web-based applications including MS Office365
