GBP20,000 to GBP27,000
An Established consultancy with offices throughout the UK are looking for a skilled Town Planner who holds a degree and post-graduate qualification in a RTPI accredited course. Based in Bedford my client has extensive experience in residential planning Commerical and Mixed-used projects.
The candidate will be a confident individual, who is self-motivated to assist in all aspects of Town Planning for a vast array of clients. As part of this talented team, the Town Planner will assist in the submission of planning applications, prepare design and access statements and conduct comprehensive site assessments. The Town Planner will have the proven ability to work independently, always demonstrating a logical and analytical approach to any given task.
You will hold a detailed knowledge of the British Town Planning system and a minimum of 2 years' planning experience. Full MRTPI chartership is desirable however, training will be provided to take you through your APC. The successful Town Planner will work within a dynamic planning team with a full benefits package.
