RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER - 'NO SALES'

Dynamite Recruitment is recruiting for a new position within the team which is a great opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience to work with an already established recruitment permanent desk with some well-known national brands involved.
Dynamite has recently relocated into a corporate and modern office complex at 1000 Lakeside, Portsmouth and now it's time to expand.

What we are looking for...
We require an enthusiastic Account Manager to take over a 'HOT' desk with great key and loyal clients with the aim to release someone into their promoted role within Dynamite. This will involve meeting with all clients, managing and maintaining the existing relationship yet recognising development areas when they arise. It will be the responsibility of the Account Manager to resource and source candidates for specific vacancies, fulfilling the clients needs and requirements to the highest level of service.
What experience is required...
To qualify for this opportunity we are looking for someone with previous experience in Recruitment. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with an internal recruitment background or a consultant that is no longer keen with the sales aspect of the role. What is important that you are able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and be someone who will match everyone's energy in the office! You also must have a good level of intelligence, be a positive and fun character with a professional and 'can do' attitude.
Smart personal presentation is essential, as is infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
