Are you passionate about cleaning? Do you want to learn more advanced cleaning methods and have general passion for cleaning? OCD and particular about how things are? This is the job for you!! You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle with a clean license!

We enable customers to enjoy their homes and take out the stress of cleaning in the ever-increasing pace of our lives.

The Cheshire Clean is a relatively new but fast-growing company. We are looking for a motivated individual to service our customers. You will over time become part of their families and ours, so it is imperative to be attentive, kind and compassionate regardless of the situation. Our customers have a great relationship with us and we are very hands on to give the customer the best experience possible. We are a family run business based in Northwich.

About the Role
- We are a local business based in Northwich servicing the greater Cheshire Area.
- This is not an agency Job, you will be fully Employed by us with 28 days paid holiday per year and pension plan.
- Your training will be on the job, gaining experience first hand and meeting our customers. Don't worry, we are not just throwing you in the deep end, we will be there with you for the first 3 to 5 cleans.
- You will be provided with a branded comfortable but smart uniform.
- You will be provided with all the cleaning products you will need.
- Customer service is essential. Ultimately the customer will be the decider of which we receive regular feedback. It's up to you to impress them with your cleaning skills and savvy time management.

Responsibilities
- You will need to be able to travel within a 20 miles radius of Northwich to cover our customers
- Be able to clean to a high standard -attention to detail essential!
- To be customer facing, compassionate and always listening to the customers needs.
- This is hard work! You must be able to have the stamina to keep up.

Ironing, washing up, cleaning surfaces, toilets, sinks, baths, showers and anything else you can think of that you can clean around a home, attention to details is key! If you have experience in handyman work around the home this would prioritise your application as would any qualifications or NVQ's certificates in cleaning.

Employment
The role is initially 15 hours on a part time bases with fixed rota with some possible changes but not very often. The business is growing fast so we are looking for someone who will quickly look to take 30 hours of work, possible up to 37.5 if they wish.

Hours are between 8am and 6pm but it is up to you to manage your time. Monday to Friday with some optional weekend overtime. There will be fixed rota with plenty of buffer time.

Future prospects
after joining as a cleaner there will be the possibility to increase your salary and take on further responsibility as a Team Leader or even Management. You can also carry out further training in upholstery, carpet and stone floor cleaning methods and move to other parts of our business model of which your pay will also increase
