Customer Service Administrator

Working Hours: 08:30 to 5pm 40 hours per week

Salary: £16432 per annum. 28 days per annum holiday incl. bank holidays

Job purpose:

To provide a high quality customer service in a high level call handling activity and process information to a high degree of data integrity to support the effective delivery of Ross Care services.

Key responsibilities

·Promptly answering the telephone in a high-volume environment whilst obtaining and verifying information from the client and inputting onto computer system

·Creating, maintaining and updating records on the in-house computer system

·Provide product information by answering questions and offering assistance where possible

·Communicate effectively to engineers out in the field to pass on relevant information about activities in a timely manner.

·Enhance Ross Care reputation by handling calls in a professional manner and providing a high-quality service.

·Helping to manage queries, concerns or complaints by clarifying issues, getting to the root cause and offering alternative solutions

·Escalating unresolved problems

·Actively responsible for building team work and working together as a team

·Adhering to Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work as per the company policy

·General office duties

·Any other duties relating to the role as requested by your line manager or the Company

Skills and qualifications

·Minimum 2 years proven experience of call handling

·Minimum 2 years proven experience of data entry

·Accuracy at record keeping

·I.T. skills
