ATA Recruitment are looking for an established Recruitment Manager to join our Projects team as a Divisional Manager, heading up our team of Permanent 360 Consultants. Based out of our Head Office in Derby, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Senior Management team and influence our company's growth in 2018 and beyond.

With over 35 years' experience recruiting solely in the Engineering sector, we are experts in what we do and while this candidate does not have to come from an Engineering Recruitment background, they will be expected to fully immerse themselves in this sector to enable them to articulate their knowledge and passion for the sector quickly.
It is an exciting time at ATA Recruitment. 2018 sees the implementation of a three-year plan in which we are going to double both our Headcount and Gross Profit. The Divisional Manager will be responsible for working alongside our MD and the Senior Management team on an ongoing basis to ensure that this becomes a reality through driving sales growth. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit the highest calibre staff and be heavily involved in their initial induction and ongoing training and development to guarantee their success with the company. You will also, crucially, lead from the front in respect to business development activity.
The ideal candidate will preferably have:
* Experience in managing a team of 360 Consultants, while still generating revenue yourself
* An engaging, motivating personality with the ability to demand respect from an existing, established team and continue to aide their development
* The gravitas to liaise and negotiate with senior members of staff at large corporations
* Experience of recruiting into the Engineering sector, with a focus on Transportation and Infrastructure (although we will consider candidates with different backgrounds if they can demonstrate a proven track record in their sector)
