A fantastic job role has appeared for a top food outlet at the heart of MerryHill Centre, much loved by all of its customers - looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.
This is a full on role, we are looking for the right candidates who thrive in a busy environment, delivering top customer service with experience of managing a team in a busy retail food outlet.
We're on the lookout for people with:
• Management experience from a food or retail environment.
• An understanding and commercial awareness of how a business operates.
• A passion for food, people and standards.
• The ability to provide the best customer service within the industry.
• The ability to lead your team, use your initiative and cope well under pressure.
• The enthusiasm and the ability to create a fun-working environment while motivating your team
