Berry Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Manufacturing Assistant for a client based in Hatfield.
Working Hours - 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP18,000-GBP25,000 dependent on experience
Duties:
-Manufacture products, pre-plumbed wash stations, encapsulated doors, cubicles, duct panels and vanity units as per delivery schedule
-Making sure all products are manufactured correctly as per specification and signed drawings
-Re-make and re-edge cubicle panels
-Pack orders to despatch, ensuring all deliveries are accurately packed, loaded efficiently and delivered on time.
-Loading deliveries onto the vans
-Carry out machinery safety checks
-Cleaning of production area
-Stock control of the products
-Complete personal KPI reports weekly
Skills/Attributes:
-Efficiency
-Willingness to work
-Accurate measurement skills
-Good observation skills
-Previous experience using machinery; ideally from carpentry or plumbing background
-Strong work ethic and motivated attitude
Lunch provided every day for staff
