Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to work in our clients busy office.
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join public sector organisation in the South Belfast Area.
Our client would like candidates with a Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures (Secretarial qualifications included) or OCR Stage 2 Text Processing (Part 1) and stage 2 Word processing/Typing (Part 2) or equivalent and 5 GCSEs to include English language or 2 year recent administrative/clerical experience or an NVQ level 2 in Business & Administration.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate good IT skills with having 5 GCSEs grades A to C including English and Maths
The hours of work are 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 16.00 Friday (37 hours per week).
Duties will include:
* Diary Management
* Formatting documents
* Minute-taking experience
* Drafting reports
* Processing confidential information
* Data entry
General administration
Candidates must be AccessNI cleared before you start the role.
This is a temporary role which will be starting immediately. Our client has advised that it may be for duration of 3 months with possibility of extension.
Hourly rate of pay is GBP8.49 per hour - 37.5 hours per week
