Very commercial, with a full understanding of P+L and KPI's
Experienced in managing teams and ensuring they offer the very best in customer service
A hands on leader, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Able to see the big picture , coupled with great commercial acumen.
The Key responsibilities revolve around;
Managing your team.
Ensuring world-class sales and service
Setting and communicating Retail standards.
Monitoring, budgeting and delivering sales and profit.
Working with other senior management to identify and promote best practice.
