The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term assignment, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate up to GBP8.75.
The Role:
Our client is the UK market leader in processing domestic cheques, dealing with over 500 million per year. Due to government led change, the way cheques are processed in the future is significantly changing.
You will be investigating and resolving cheque queries raised by our various.
You will be tracking and resolving all client queries. Whilst tracking and resolving the work you will need to adhere to agreed processes and Service Level Agreements.
You will need to proactively contribute to team performance, providing input to continuous improvement, problem resolution and be receptive to change.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for full time candidates that can commit to these long term opportunities. The hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
We are open to career background, but you will need to demonstrate your excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and your enthusiastic and positive attitude.
You will need good PC skills both numeric and alpha numeric.
Able to work as part of a team, have the ability to process paper and electronic information accurately.
