An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global business for an asset administrator to join our fantastic digital asset team .
Responsibilities
* To provide a Digital Asset service to the wider Digital Catalogue team, utilising best practice processes and systems enabling the distribution of asset data and attributes to the catalogue system to empower buying decisions.
* To manage the accuracy of digital assets within the PIM system, having responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of Digital Assets attributes within the PIM system.
* To be a Pimberly expert-user and assist in user questions of said system.
* To manage the ongoing development of the Digital Assets ensuring all assets are optimised and fit for purpose, working closely with the Digital catalogue manager and category managers.
* Represent Group Procurement whilst working with stakeholders to build trust and confidence in the delivery of objectives.
* Provide detailed management information to the Digital Catalogue Manager to allow accurate tracking of pipeline
* Support the Consensio Business as required
* Support the development of the digital asset strategy and future direction, providing input into improvements and changes.
Skills
* Experience of catalogue systems, methods and processes
* High levels of detail and accuracy
* Ideally have solid experience of working with a PIM system or similar produre
* Highly numeric, excellent data analysis skills
* Excel skills and familiarity with data load formats such as CSV
Attributes
* Ability to organise and plan effectively in a demanding environment
* Eye for detail and methodical working
* Willingness to learn and to be flexible as required
* Ability to cope well under pressure from competing priorities, unpredictable requests and interruptions
* Able to promote a positive personal/professional profile, ensuring the good reputation of the company at all times
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player
