Company: Our client is a medium sized Chartered Building Surveying and Property Consultancy company with a main office based in SE London. With an excellent reputation in its field, the company undertakes work in both Public and Voluntary sector housing refurbishment projects, Private client refurbishment and commercial work throughout London and the South East of England and are now looking to bring a Graduate Building Surveyor to assist a friendly team of Chartered Surveyors
Role: As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will be involved in all aspects of the projects they undertake from initial surveys, contract administration, assisting in the production of tender documentation, assisting in the execution of JCT Building Contracts, Researching and identifying products and suppliers, liaising with clients as well as working effectively as part of the team
Person: As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor that joins this fantastic team, you should have a degree in Building Surveying, ideally some experience within a surveying team and a working knowledge of AutoCAD. The most important attributes you will hold is enthusiasm for your career and a commitment to develop. Due to the nature of this role a full driving licence and vehicle is essential.
Our client is offering a salary of between GBP20,000 and GBP25,000, plus statutory pension, 22 days + bank holidays + a gifted Christmas break, generous car and mileage allowance and you will also be eligible for health insurance after 6 months service
