MORTGAGE BROKER - HOME/FIELD BASED
NEWBURY, BERKSHIRE
SALARY - GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 + COMMISSION

Get Recruited are working on behalf of a financial services company, who require the services of a Mortgage Advisor to give quality, consultative advice on mortgage and related insurance to new enquiries and existing clients from the Leeds area.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with the confidence, experience and expertise to work independently, away from the constraints of an office environment, but with the added support of a centralised admin team!
The Job
* Receiving inbound enquiries - customers looking for a mortgage broker - you will give telephone and face to face consultations
* You will decide from the initial inbound enquiry whether this is a client you can help based on your experience and expertise, enter the lead on the CRM and go and visit the client usually at their home.
* Giving quality, consultative advice on mortgages and related issues
* Advisor would be supplied with all the tools to succeed
* In-House administration backup - based in a centralised office to provide all the necessary support: we check your files and chase clients for missing bank statements etc, upload all docs to Lenders, chase for offers.
* All your leads will be provided as will your laptop and phone and mileage expenses.
The Person
* 12 months minimum CeMAP
* Some working experience of market advice experience
* Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage your own diary
* Great communication skills.
