We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing client, a specialist in media publications, as a Media Sales Executive.

This Media Sales Executive position is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with lots of ambition and previous sales experience to join a team of Advertising Sales Executives to help contribute to the revenue for a particular niche title.

Based in Colchester, Essex, the role will involve:

?? Generating new clients by sourcing you own leads via internet research

?? Account managing existing customers and up-selling additional products & services where possible

?? Researching and developing your personal sales pipeline throughout the year with irregular and regular advertisers

?? Managing the sales process from initial conversations through to assisting credit control chasing invoices with key clients where necessary

?? Fully manage client accounts and offer a full after-sales process to secure future bookings where possible

?? Develop relationships with old accounts where possible and introduce new services

Experience:

Previous telephone based sales experience essential, preferably in a media sales environment
Proven track record in achieving targets and goals
Experience of working as part of a sales team

Skills:

?? Excellent telesales skills

?? Cold calling experience required

?? Able to research and source your own leads

?? Proven full sales cycle skills - prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation and closing

?? Good verbal and written communication skills

?? Highly organised with attention to detail

?? Experience of providing excellent customer service in a consultative sales environment

?? Ability to cope with the pressure of tight deadlines
