Supported Housing Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager who is looking for a full time permanent position? Do you have empathy and understanding of the needs of homeless young people, young people leaving care, and the barriers they face?

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen with a charitable organisation that prevents youth homelessness in the South West and has been helping 16-25 year olds reboot their lives for over 30 years.

Do you have housing management & housing law experience? If so you're main responsibilities would be to robustly manage, monitor and report on service delivery and performance, encompassing support and housing management, reflecting psychologically informed approaches that promote positive outcomes for young people.

The main function of the role is to lead operational delivery enabling high provision of a comprehensive housing management and high quality support services, coordinating the project team to provide a full programme to young people, in order to develop their independent living skills.

You will already have an understanding of current youth housing issues encompassed with the skills and experience of managing a supported housing scheme or relevant management/leadership role.
