Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and competent Catering Manager.
The role is based on 40 hours per week and the hours are flexible, predominately during the day accross 7 days working 5 out of 7, weekend work is not essential. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and up to GBP27k
Duties Involved:

Ensuring the business is operational and properly managed on a daily basis.
*
Taking responsibility for completion of daily records for health and safety in line with Food Standards Agency requirements. This will include maintaining and updating allergen records and preventing cross-contamination.
*
Ensuring there continues to be a high standard of food offering and good quality manufactured produce at all times.
*
Managing all staff assigned to the Catering Manager, including staff rotas, timesheets, training and holidays.
*
Ensuring food safety guidelines are monitored and put into practice at all times across the board.
*
Ensuring that catering services provide a warm and welcoming environment at all times and that customer service is efficient and outstanding.
*
Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times in line with the Food Standards Agency and the Environmental Health Officer.
