The hotel offers a 2AA Rosette fine dining Restaurant which is elegantly designed and has a quintessentially British feel with cosy, soft furnishings which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests yet has an air of sophistication and grandeur they are looking for a Waiter or Waitress who is committed to achieving the highest levels of service and someone who has a relaxed and friendly personality to fit in with the atmosphere of this establishment.
The Restaurant serves 50 covers per service and the menu is put together using the finest produce and is Modern British in Style and renowned for creating exciting and innovative dishes. As a Waiter or Waitress you will be professional, highly organised and have a friendly persona. Your role will be to serve guests within the restaurant and offer them the best possible dining experience, and you will gain knowledge of the fantastic menus and the extensive wine lists in order to make recommendations to the guests and develop your knowledge and training on the industry at the highest level.
