As one of the leading housing and care services in the UK, our client is looking for a talented person like you to join their team as a contract manager. This rapidly (but organically) growing organisation is now looking for a contract manager to take over a contract in the Richmond area.
You will be responsible for the effective management of all contracts within your designated patch, including line managing relevant front line staff, leadership and competence development in direct reports, drive business planning activities within your contract and more.
Due to the specialism of this role we would need you to hold a relevant CMI/NVQ Level 4 or other Business/Management qualification, knowledge and experience of working with those with mental health and/or learning disabilities and experience within a similar role such as a service manager etc.
Your excellent communication skills combined with your genuinely caring nature will go a long way here as will your supportive nature. Your flexibility and adaptability will always be noticed by both your team and the senior management team too and is something that exists throughout the organisation.
In return to your commitment and dedication to this job role a salary of up to £35,000 is on offer along with other benefits, including annual leave, professional and career development, pension, healthcare and more
