Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor
Do you want to work as part of an expanding company in a customer support role? Have you got great computer skills and a communication skills?
You will be able to demonstrate giving great customer service and support, via an online chat and over the phone. You will take the initial information from the customer and logically investigate and resolve their issues on the first occasion. Any issues that you cannot resolve should be escalated to the IT or Development team and then ensure that these are followed up and the customer is kept up to date.
Throughout your working day you will carry out verification checks with customers, identify any re-occurring problems and keep customers up to date their current available budget. There may be the opportunity to provide training to customers, this will be dependent on the current workload.
As the ideal candidate for the role, we are looking for you to have at least 1 years experience in customer service and dealing with customers over the phone, having a good typing ability, paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy is maintained through the entry of data in to all systems. You will ensure that targets are met throughout the day and be confident in the use of different systems including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Packages and any other internal systems required.
It is desirable to have a knowledge of software and a knowledge of general IT support, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
This role offers a salary of £18000 and Monday to Friday working hours.
