Registered Estates Manager - Older People

I have a fantastic opportunity to step into the Management role in a luxurious Assisted Living Development for Older people based in Urmston.
You will be working for a reputable employer with a proven record of high staff retention, exceptional care delivery and ongoing progression and growth opportunities.
As the Registered Manager you will be taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the Assisted Living development, alongside leading, directing, supervising and supporting staff teams working within the Assisted Living development in providing a range of services which can respond flexibly to the needs of individual residents.
This is a varied role and requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to and anticipate individuals needs in advance as well as reactively.
As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role with an in depth understanding of managing services and caring for older people.
This role would suit a Registered Manager or an experience Deputy who is hungry and ready for that step up to Management position where their potential can be realised.
It is ESSENTIAL that you:
- Have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent
- Have experience of Managing a service for older people
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
