Key Account Manager
£16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Our prestige client in Market Harborough is looking to recruit a commercial minded, sales professional to join their growing business.
As a key account manager your responsibilities will include:
" Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our product and services in the long-run.
" Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
" Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
" Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
" Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
To be considered for the position you must have:
" Proven work experience as an Account Manager
" A flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour
" Knowledge of account management software (CRM) would be an advantage
" Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
" Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
" Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
