Service Manager - Learning Disabilities

BS Social Care are looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Manager for this exciting new role!
If you are looking to progress your career in care then this is the role for you.

You will be required to oversee 6 homes, directing Team Leaders and experienced Support Staff, with the assistance of your area manager. You will receive an amazing training package providing the knowledge and skills to improve your expertise in the care sector. You will have the opportunity to take on on-going learning and have a personal mentor within the company that can assist you with your personal development and any problems you may face.

You must be a resilient person with excellent time management and a good sense of humour. You will have experience with rota management, staff management, supervisions and dealing with major incidents that may arise. You must be committed to personal development and progressing your career within a large organisation.

Minimum requirement:
- 12 months experience in a management position working with Learning Disabilities
- NVQ level 4/5 management or good experience and NVQ level 3
- Driver

For your skills and experience you will receive a salary of £23,000 + excellent benefits including a cash back scheme, pension, cycle to work scheme plus much more..
