Located in the quiet town of Formby, 5 minutes walk from the beach and handy for public transport. Our client is one of the North West`s leading providers of Residential Home Care and are looking for 5 Support Worker`s to provide care and support in this amazing facility.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader you will be the first point of contact for residents within the home. You will need to be an good communicator, being able to build meaningful relationships enabling people to make positive choices, participate in activities and achieve their full potential. You will be enthusiastic and commited to making a difference.

The ideal candidate will have experience contributing toward care plans, attending review meeting and ensuring all is done to create a caring, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience working with Learning Disabilities and an NVQ/QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable.

Salary offered for this position is £15,700 - £15,900 Hourly rate of: £8+
