BS Social Care are looking for an experienced Manager for this exciting new role!
If you are looking to progress your career in care then this is the role for you.

You will be required to oversee a 4 services, with the autonomy to manage services in your own way with the help of team leaders and experienced managers. You will receive an amazing training package providing the knowledge and skills to improve your expertise in the care sector along with metoring, and on-going training to ensure you reach your maximum potential. The role will require you to work with Mental Health disorders and drug and alcohol issues in a person centred approach.

You must be a resilient person with excellent time management and a good sense of humour. You will have experience with rota management, staff management, supervisions and dealing with major incidents that may arise. You must be committed to personal development as there is huge opportunity for progression.

Minimum requirement:
12 months experience with Mental health
NVQ level 4/5 management
Driver

For your skills and experience you will receive a salary of £23,000 + excellent benefits including a cash back scheme, pension, cycle to work scheme plus much more
