Based in Chelmsford, CHP are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will adopt a business partnering approach to developing a learning culture and providing a professional learning and development service to CHP. 

This will be achieved through the design, development, delivery and evaluation of a blended learning approach which is aligned to strategic business objectives, as well as team and individual needs, and, in addition, provides added value to the organisation.

Key Skills

With a CIPD or equivalent qualification and in depth knowledge of the learning environment, you will be able to advise on suitable development opportunities at all levels in the organisation, as well as manage budgets against training needs.  In addition, you will be competent in managing / delivering training events, and supporting apprenticeship and graduate schemes.
