Temporary 25 hours per week Grade D for 52 weeks per annum £13204. Required from 15th October 2018.

We are looking to recruit a flexible and experienced Site Manager to join our school team. The successful candidate will have relevant facilities management and will demonstrate a range of skills to take responsibility for the management and operation of premises related functions.  The role will have a strategic focus including the following areas: the long-term plan for the building; leading on health and safety matters, ensuring that the site complies with current legislation; some maintenance repairs, managing the team of cleaners’ duties and some cleaning duties.

The post holder will also have the skills required to manage the relevant paperwork to complete these duties. There will be an expectation to undertake necessary training.
