This company are a successful, well established company based near Sevenoaks. They are market leaders and are the UK`s biggest independent supplier within their field. The majority of their sales are via their two internet web sites plus a small number of personal callers to their office. This company are continually moving forward and are looking for the right person with an enthusiastic attitude to join their friendly team.
You will be required to work alongside the existing sales and administration staff and complete duties to include processing internet sales orders, replying to email enquiries, deal with customers via email, phone and in person, update customers as to the status of their order, regular update of social media platforms and deal with occasional visitors to the office.
You will need to have office administration experience ideally having completed similar duties in your current/previous role. You will need to be competent in using common office applications such as Word and Excel etc, and ideally have a good understanding of the use of social media marketing with the capability of assisting writing articles. You will occasionally be required to offer support to warehouse staff in busy periods.
You will need to have strong attention to detail, be reliable, friendly and enthusiastic, a pleasant and friendly telephone mannner, proficient keyboard skills and a good command of English written, grammar and spelling.
The initial salary to be agreed is circa £23,000. The hours are 9am-5 Monday to Friday and the company offers free parking.
