South Liverpool Homes (SLH) is a housing association responsible for over 3,700 homes in South Liverpool.  We are helping to transform the area through major investment, pioneering partnerships and by placing the people at the heart of everything we do.

Role and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Development team creating circa 200 new homes by 2020 in a range of tenures and property types and range of markets from starter homes to luxury apartments in Sefton Park.  in supporting the delivery of the new build programme taking personal responsibility for the delivery of individual schemes allocated within an overall programme. 

You will ensure that all allocated projects are managed successfully, efficiently and profitably providing support in monitoring budgets, specification, drawings and schedules of work for all allocated schemes.

Key Skills

The successful candidate will have proven experience of development process, project management, contract management and procurement with knowledge of development in a social housing environment, requirement and good practice in relation to responsive and planned maintenance activity.

You will possess excellent communication skills developing effective working relationships with team members across the association and with key external stakeholders and contribute effectively to change and continuous improvement.
