Our prestigious Bradford based client are currently looking for a Collections Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You'll be joining a well established company with an outstanding industry reputation. Our client offers a lively working environment in a role where no two days will be the same.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between 8am-8pm
Saturday - 1 in 3 Saturdays | 9am - 1pm
Working as part of a friendly team, you day to day role will entail:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring you're providing excellent customer service
Aiding customers with their queries and setting up payment plans
Using your decision making skills to identify customer circumstances and requirements, choosing the best payment plans to suit individual needs
Taking customer payments over the phone
Ensuring all customer records are updated with the correct information
You'll also make outbound calls to customers in relation to their accounts, sending emails and letters if you can't make initial contact
The role will also include some information gathering and investigations into relocations and potential new addresses
We're looking for confident and skilled customer service candidates, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience within a financially regulated environment would be a distinct advantage.
You'll need to have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
We're also looking for strong verbal and written communication skills and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
