Our client is a busy two office, Lexcel accredited practice, looking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Ross-on-Wye property department.

The Role
This is a full time permanent position in a traditional, long established high street firm, involving a varied case load incorporating a blend of new business and long-standing clients.

The Person
Ideally a residential conveyancing solicitor, FCILEX or licensed conveyancer with 1-3 years PQE. You will be dealing with all aspects of property purchases & sales, re-mortgages, transfers in connection with divorce and transfers of equity. You will be expected to manage your own case load with minimal supervision, have a positive attitude to your work & demonstrate excellent client care skills.

The Location
Set in the beautiful county of Herefordshire, Ross-on-Wye serves a wide radius of the surrounding counties. With excellent road access from the M4, M50 & M5 this is an ideal central location with opportunities for country sports & many outward-bound activities.
