An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Planning Co-ordinator looking for their next challenge in South Yorkshire.

Minimum 3 month contract - with the strong possibility of being extended to 6 months.

Purpose of Role:

To be responsible for helping to roll out a workforce planning tool that will be provided to support GP practices in the North of England develop robust plans for their future workforce. This will involve training the GP`s team in understanding and using the tool and workforce planning principles.
You will be the lead person on site at the GP practice so your role will be to serve as an ambassador for PA Consulting Group, representing PA in a positive, progressive and responsive fashion at all times.

We are looking to hire several people as the roll out will be across 1800 GP practices in the North of England. The roll out will be around all areas of Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria and North East up to the Scottish Borders. Greater Manchester may also come into scope at a later date.

What we`re looking for:

You will be travelling around to the various GP practices in your region and it is likely you will be working at each GPs Practice (visiting twice) to help train them on this tool. This will requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a region during the course of the working day.

" Ideally, you will have an understanding OF GP Practices or have worked in one.

Based regionally, you will be expected to travel within your local area and to work on site.

Pay rate: Between £300-£650 per day - depending on level of experience.

Working hours: Likely to be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm - 40 hour working week.

Start dates from mid June onwards.
